INGREDIENTS
  1. 3 cups rolled oats
  2. 1 heaping cup flaked unsweetened coconut
  3. 1 heaping cup sliced almonds
  4. 1 cup chopped pistachios
  5. 1/4 cup flax seeds
  6. 3/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  7. 2 tablespoons honey
  8. 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  9. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  10. 1 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/2 cup golden raisins, or other dried fruit


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Mix everything (except the golden raisins) in a large bowl. Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet in a thin layer.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Stir in the golden raisins, and bake for another 15 minutes.
  4. Let the granola sit on the baking sheet for another 10-15 minutes so that clusters can form
